Sarah Reesman

Title: Senior associate director of athletics

Background: Originally from Boonville, Mo., Reesman earned her bachelor's degree from MU in 1986 and her law degree from the University of Minnesota in 1989. She spent a year as clerk for former Missouri Supreme Court Justice Ann K. Covington and three years in private practice in Kansas City, Mo., before joining MU's athletics department staff in 1993. She has oversight responsibility for the sports of gymnastics, soccer, men's and women's swimming and diving, tennis and wrestling, as well as the areas of rules compliance and student-athlete academic support services and the Green Tennis Center at Mizzou. She represents MU as the senior woman administrator in dealings with the Big 12 Conference and the NCAA.
